The benefits of STEAM degrees

Each STEAM subject offers you a unique chance to develop creative and critical thinking skills, which set you up for success in your future career.

Science Degrees

Science teaches you critical thinking skills, the search for truth, and highly transferable problem-solving skills based on evidence and logical thought patterns. Gain skills you can apply to industries such as Forensics, Chemistry, Psychology, and Health and Sports Science.

Technology Degrees

Specialists in evolving technologies are increasingly in demand, creating a big gap and opportunity in the market. The skills taught on our Pathway programme apply to industries such as Computing, Biotechnology, Precision Manufacturing and Information Technology.

Engineering Degrees

In this rapidly developing world, we’re seeing a sharp increase in demand for engineering skills to create and develop the infrastructure we rely on. You could shape the future of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural Engineering.

Maths Degrees

Mathematics is closely linked to all STEAM fields as it develops your logical thinking and approaches to probem-solving. Developing numerical fluency and algebra skills allows you to enter industries such as Analytics, Data Science, Education, Finance and Software Engineering.

Art Degrees

Art aims to teach you the value of creativity, innovation, and contemplation. Creative solutions to problems and different perspectives are key skills in high demand. Expect to apply these skills in industries such as Interior Design, Graphic Design, Film and Television Production, and Fashion.
